Editorial Commitment

Accuracy matters. If we publish inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated factual information, we correct it as soon as possible and make material changes visible to readers.

Scope of Corrections

We review correction requests for:

  • Incorrect facts, numbers, names, locations, or dates
  • Misattributed quotes, sources, or creator details
  • Missing context that materially changes interpretation
  • Outdated factual statements that require an update

We do not treat reasonable differences of opinion as factual errors unless verifiable evidence shows that published claims are incorrect.

How to Submit a Correction

Send requests to contact@polishsoftpower.info with the subject line Correction Request.

Please include:

  • The exact article URL
  • The statement you believe is inaccurate
  • A concise explanation of the issue
  • Reliable evidence or source links

Review Process

Each request is reviewed by a human editor. We:

  • Verify the reported issue against primary or reputable sources
  • Assess whether the issue is factual, contextual, or editorial
  • Apply the appropriate correction level (minor edit, material correction, or retraction)

If the issue concerns a creator profile or attribution, we may contact the creator directly before finalizing the update.

Response Timelines

  • Acknowledgment: within 72 hours
  • Standard decision: within 7 calendar days
  • Complex cases: up to 14 calendar days with a status update

How Corrections Are Published

  • Minor edits: typo, grammar, or formatting fixes that do not change meaning may be made silently.
  • Material corrections: factual updates that change meaning include a dated correction note in the article.
  • Major errors: content may be temporarily unpublished while we investigate.
  • Retractions: if an article is fundamentally unreliable, we mark it as retracted and explain why.

Transparency and Records

We keep an internal corrections log with request date, decision, and action taken. For material corrections and retractions, a public note remains attached to the affected article so readers can see what changed and when.

Third-Party Video and Attribution Issues

We embed videos from YouTube and do not claim ownership of creator content. If a creator identifies attribution errors, context issues, or requests removal, we prioritize review and act promptly according to this policy and applicable law.

Abuse and Bad-Faith Requests

Repeated duplicate requests, unsupported accusations, or abusive messages may be deprioritized. This does not affect the review of legitimate factual correction submissions.
